Office Administrator 
 
Job Description:
The Office Admin Role at PCC is focused on supporting our mission of Making Disciples Starting in Prescott, emphasizing administrative detail. This position oversees the midweek day-to-day operation of the church office.
 
Responsibilities:
– Front desk responsibilities.
– Database management.
– Prepare and distribute weekly churchwide email.
– Maintain interface between CMS calendar and google calendar.
– Input sermon notes into Aware3 (church app) from the notes received from the Lead Pastor.
– Maintain adequate stock supplies in the office closet, café, and conference rooms.
–  Other administrative duties as assigned.
 
Relationships:
The Office Admin reports to Frances Mincieli (Director of Operations) and will support every ministry administratively in some capacity. This is a highly collaborative role and will require great relational capacity.

This role may, on occasion, include standing for long periods, climbing ladders, or lifting heavy objects (50+ lbs).
 
Hours:
This is a three-quarter time hourly role that is expected to work between 32 hours/week. 
 
 
 
PCC:Kids Director (PT)
 
Job Description:
The PCC:Kids Director Role is focused on supporting our mission of Making Disciples Starting in Prescott through assisting our PCC:Kids Pastor in leading our children’s programming. The PCC:Kids Director exists to engage children towards Christ, partner with parents, and empower volunteers to execute weekly ministry.
 
Responsibilities:
– Helping the PCC:Kids Pastor manage and execute the Sunday experience for children and families of PCC:Kids.
– Provide leadership and training over volunteers, especially Team Leads.
– Volunteer recruitment for PCC:Kids.
– Managing curriculum, prep, and programming for Sunday and other events.
– Assist in leading events like Kids Week, Candy Crawl, etc.
 
Relationships:
The PCC:Kids Director reports to Cory Chatham, PCC:Kids Pastor.

Tech Associate (PT)
 
Job Description:
The Tech Associate Role is focused on supporting our mission of Making Disciples Starting in Prescott by assisting our Creative Team in creating and executing distraction-free worship environments.
 
Responsibilities:
– Executing AVL support for Sunday morning worship services. 
– Preparing tech systems (pro presenter, lighting design, audio engineering, etc.) 
– Assisting in stage design.
– Assisting in video production and other tech-related projects.
– Managing rehearsals and Sunday morning preparation. 
 
Relationships:
The Tech Associate reports directly to the Worship Pastor and works closely with the Tech Director.
